What do you think of Thai people
Volunt2Thai is a village development project with a focus on children. Because in Thailand, especially in the northeast of Thailand, the people are very poor. Individuals and family members are often forced to leave their children and the elderly for long periods to travel to urban centers or abroad for work. The situation is very bad for the development of children who are left without their parents.

The children have to take care of their siblings and also take care of the elderly. The school system is hardly developed, the schools need materials and teachers. That is why it is the most important task of Volunt2Thai to give these underprivileged children a chance for education. We do this through volunteers that we send to the schools we work with.
At the V2T campus & cultural center People from all walks of life meet, regardless of age and experience. As a volunteer you live independently in a community with other volunteers, surrounded by Thai villages with which we work together. You take responsibility for your own daily life on campus. Your main role as a V2T volunteer is to interact with the locals and provide support in schools to teach basic English language skills through games and class work. We provide you with three-wheeled "taxis" (tuk tuks) that you drive yourself and with which you can reach our various projects, including the 6 schools in our current area of responsibility (approx. 10 square kilometers). In addition, depending on availability, volunteers can receive free teacher training.
Dare to leave the usual tourist paths and experience authentic rural Thailand with Volunt2Thai. Here you can read what volunteers think and have to say about V2T, reviews and testimonials (French / English) and volunteer testimonials / projects
V2T campus exists from a number of bungalows, a modern communal kitchen (including kitchen herb garden which should be maintained), language café, a raised Natural Life Resort building with family room, art & craft workshop (with pottery / kiln), a seminar corner and a library. The complex is integrated into a traditional farm on the edge of a rice field and surrounded by neighboring farms and small villages.
You have the unique one Opportunity to see village life first hand and experience an unchanged culture. In return for an interesting time in Thailand, you have the opportunity to give something meaningful back to the community through your work that brings children and adults a better future.
Whether you're into volunteering after college, whether you have just completed your TEFL, TESOL and CELTA certificate, need practice to become a teacher, or are simply interested in collaborative intercultural learning. Maybe you are thinking of a sabbatical year for local engagement or maybe you need some orientation for a new job or an internship for a social job. V2T is an ideal place to learn.
Are you a student Professional, Retired, or Veteran? We volunteer all year round teaching English, music, handicrafts and sports both during the school year and in the V2T summer school in the village temple. In addition, we also offer participation in projects in the fields of agriculture and construction and you can also help with the organization of events, seminars and training days on the V2T campus.
V2T is the people's project in our area. The program is led by V2T, but also supported by the local village mayors, school principals, teachers and district representatives.
