Did people worship God before Jesus

Formula to be used with immediate effect instead of the Tridentine formula and the anti-modernist oath if the taking of the creed is required by law

Professio fidei

I, N. N., firmly believe and confess everything and everything that is contained in the creed:

I believe in the one God, the Father, the Almighty, who created everything, heaven and earth, the visible and the invisible world.

And to the one Lord Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, born of the Father before time: God from God, light from light, true God from true God, begotten, not created, of one being with the Father; through him everything was created. For us humans and for our salvation he came from heaven, became flesh through the Holy Spirit from the Virgin Mary and became man. He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, suffered and was buried, rose on the third day according to the scriptures and ascended to heaven. He sits at the right hand of the Father and will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead; there will be no end to his rule. I believe in the Holy Spirit, who is Lord and gives life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who is adored and glorified with the Father and the Son, who spoke through the prophets, and the one, holy, catholic and apostolic church. I confess the one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. I await the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.

I also firmly believe everything that is contained in the written or traditional Word of God and is presented by the Church as revealed by God to be believed, be it through solemn judgment, be it through the ordinary and general magisterium, especially in relation to the mystery the holy Church of Christ, its sacraments, the sacrifice of the Mass and the primacy of the Pope.
